Return Policy

PurifyMyCPAP will accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of order delivery. Items are eligible for return must be UN-OPNED, used, free of cigarette smoke and sent back to us within 30 days of order delivery (a 30% restocking fee will apply). Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our store.

As these products are classified as medical equipment of personal use, all items sold: CPAP cleaners/sanitizers, cleaning supplies, water tubs, tubing and filters cannot be returned once the parcel has been OPENED.

 The following equipment is considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances unless under warranty: CPAP cleaners/sanitizers

 Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Supplies: Missing, damaged, or incorrect supplies will be replaced ASAP or money or refund within 30 days of order delivery.

 Cost of Shipping: Initial shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are refundable if an incorrect shipment was made by our staff.

 Returning Supplies: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for each return. To obtain an RMA, please, contact us at 440-625-0660. A refund will not be provided without a valid RMA number.

 Equipment Under Manufacturer Warranty: CPAP cleaning and sanitizing machines carry a manufacturer warranty. Decisions relating to warranty claims are made solely at the manufacturer’s discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to the manufactures authorized warranty repair center NOT to PurifyMyCPAP. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of parts from the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties do not protect against misuse or water damage.
